1. room invoice:

Please note that we are not affiliated with any credit card company. Please settle your room bill in cash.

2. arrival and departure:

The rooms are ready for you from 14.00 hrs at the latest on the day of arrival and are at your disposal until 10.00 hrs on the day of departure. If it is not possible for you to arrive by 6.00 p.m., please let us know.

3. dogs:

After consultation with us, you are welcome to bring your dog to the hotel. The “accommodation costs” for our four-legged guests are EUR 15.00 per day. Please understand that pets are not allowed in the breakfast room.

4. cancellation policy:

It is always a pity when rooms stand empty although other guests would have liked to come to us. Therefore, please understand that we do not charge any cancellation fees if you cancel your stay.

up to 4 weeks before arrival no cancellation costs from 4 to 1 week before arrival 65% of the accommodation price from 7 days before arrival 80% of the accommodation price and in case of: early departure or late arrival 80% of the accommodation price for the days on which we cannot re-let your room.

We advise guests to take out travel cancellation insurance.
